Top 5

Since classes haven't started yet at Mater Dei ( students here have traineeship at the moment and I haven't been able to select my classes yet), I had some time to behave as a tourist.

I became a big fan of Dublin and would like to share my 5 favourite places with you.
In random order:

Kilmainham Hospital / Irish Museum of Modern Art
Especially in the mornings a nice place to have a look at the garden or visit the free museum.

Kilmainham Jail
Close to the hospital. The guide gives you a clear explanation of Irish history and you get to see some splendid architecture.

Any pub
It doesn't matter if it's for a good pint of Kilkenny, a pub lunch,  live music or just the pleasant company (like my German friends here): a visit to a pub makes my day.

 Saint Stephen's Green
Here you see my favourite lunch place in the city centre. Luckily, it hasn't been raining lately.

Moore Street
The daily market where you can find heaps of inexpensive delicious food, shoppers from all around the world and vendors with the real, almost unintelligible, Irish accent in one place.
